Location in the heart of the city. Responsive apartment staff. Breakfast was savoury, with local dishes.
Room without toiletries.

I always come back to this place. The staff helped me find my way in the city on my first stay. It has everything I need – free Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, kitchen stuff, air conditioning, TV. Perfect for my city trips. No regrets.

The location is excellent.
The first room that they gave me, a single room, was tiny, hot, not ventilated, smelled bad, and was not even close to being worth the amount of money being charged. I could not stay in it, and requested another. They did finally manage to give me a second room. It was very much better, a double room, but still not that nice or worth the price. So I found another hotel with a room available the next day, and moved to the other hotel after breakfast.

The accommodation was quiet and luxurious not far from the old town amongst numerous restaurants, and the center of town. The stuff where extremely friendly, I loved that. The location was magnificent, 5 minutes' walk from Vilnius University.

I recently stayed at Atrium Suites for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by popular tourist attractions, bars, and cafes. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lobby exuded a luxurious atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even extending the breakfast time during the Christmas season. I particularly appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom and the designated smoking area under the roof.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The Deluxe Room was very large and spacious. The desk attendants were pleasant. The hotel common areas were nicely decorated. The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good, but, different hotel staff managed the breakfast area differently (some were attentive and others were not). The wireless internet worked fine, but, the connection speed was low. The room had an operating air conditioner.
The bottled water and mini-bar prices were overly expensive for this quality hotel (they could have charged half as much and still made a good profit). The in-house restaurant was also extremely expensive -- it was no value at all. Although the rooms were large, there was not much furniture or decoration - fairly simple and bland. Overall, I received an excellent price using Booked.net (compared to posted hotel rate); however, the rate I paid was too much for this quality hotel; the price should have been about 25% less.

Location of Hotel in the old city
Rooms are too small, never change bed sheets for 3 days. Bad smell (Mold like) in the hallway. Service was slow

A very good location, actually it's just 5 minutes to everything you need, except railway and bus stations. Also the interior of the hotel is very cute in old fashioned style.

We loved the central location and the quiet, cozy atmosphere of the room. the staff were polite and spoke English well. the breakfast, though average, was served in a nice setting.
Felt very much at home, no reason to complain.
